Description
VCGX110308 AL
These inserts are high rake with sharp ground edges and polished top surface.
Intended for machining aluminium and plastics but also excellent for fine cuts
on almost any material. Many users have found these inserts are well suited to
small low powered machines. They achieve high precision and excellent surface finish.
Much like using a fine ground HSS tool but with all the advantages of tungsten carbide.
PLEASE NOTE.
VCGX inserts differ from VBGX inserts only in the front clearance angle.
Please check tool number for compatibility. i.e.. SVJBR / SVJCR
Sometimes, a C insert can be used in a B tool, but not usually the other way around.
