SCGT09T304-AL 0.4mm corner radius.
These inserts are high rake with sharp ground edges and polished top surface.
Intended for machining aluminium and plastics but also excellent for fine cuts on many materials.
Many users have found these inserts are well suited to small low powered machines.
They achieve high precision and excellent surface finish.
Much like using a fine ground HSS tool but with all the advantages of tungsten carbide.
