Contact us within seven days of delivery if you:

  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Need to return any item
Refund Information:
  • Refunds available to New Zealand bank accounts or credit cards
  • Freight charges excluded unless items were incorrectly supplied
  • For incorrect supply, we cover freight costs up to original delivery cost

Return Shipping:

  • Use a reputable courier company with proof of delivery
  • Returns by other means are at purchaser's risk
  • Buyer responsible for freight costs if changing mind after dispatch
